'Osprey Cottage' is situated by the shores of the Cromarty Firth, this spacious detached property, adjacent to owners' home, has been renovated and furnished to a high standard. It is just a few meters from the shoreline which makes it the ideal place for bird watching especially as there is a small bird 'hide' available for guests to use with beach access. The many tourist attractions in the area are all within a short drive. Beaches, distilleries, golf courses, castles and RSPB reserves.
The local area is rich in both bird and animal life - the Cromarty Firth is a haven for migrating wildfowl and waders in the spring and autumn and there are also bottle-nose dolphins. They can also be viewed from Chanonry Point on the Black Isle.
