Inside the cottage has an open plan living sleeping area with a separate kitchen and bathroom.
There is a cosy wood burner and comfy seating.
The dining table offers excellent views and there are original artworks which compliment the interior furnishings. |

Macquarie House sleeps up to 10 and is a beautiful Grade II listed building, in a secluded setting, amongst mature deciduous woodland beside the shore of Loch Ba (a large freshwater loch surrounded by dramatic mountains). The property, sitting alongside the family home of Gruline House, is centrally located on the island with easy access to all areas. There is much to see in the way of flora and fauna in the area with deer roaming freely. Eagles, both golden and white-tailed, can be seen soaring, with the latter sometimes fishing on the loch. Bluebells, daffodils, rhododendrons and wild flowers are abundant.
Extensively restored, this 18th century stone house benefits from double glazing throughout and under floor heating on the ground floor.
The original part of the house has a comfortable sitting room with an open fire and fantastic views across the loch. Adjacent is the cosy study with a wood burning stove, bookcase, sofa and chairs and there is also an upstairs games room with table tennis and a small pool table. The large kitchen/family room is well equipped with and there is a living area at one end with French windows opening onto the terrace with a wooden table chairs and bench with superb views. Upstairs there are 4 to 5 twin bedrooms with en suite facilities including power showers over the baths and heated towels rails. |

The Bothy has a fantastic location at Lochbuie behind the beautiful beach Laggan Sands. The Bothy sleeps 2 people and is ideally placed for those wanting to see Mull’s wildlife.
There are a range of habitats from the high peaks of Ben Buie, mature deciduous woodlands, and a mix of rocky and sandy coastline.
There are also excellent walks exploring the local area
The Bothy is comfortably furnished and has sea views looking over Loch Buie.

Guests share use of a Birding Observatory (watch for the sea eagles and otters that Mull is renowned for) and biology lab and there are nice walks from the house and close by. The houses are a lovely open plan living area, three bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) and two bathrooms. Being situated just south of Salen at Fishnish, there is easy access to both Craignure and Tobermory.

Suidhe Farm Cottages is a small development of three architect designed self-catering cottages, completed in 2011. Located approximately 1 mile West of the village of Bunessan, on the Isle of Mull, the cottages are the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday on this beautiful island. The three cottages are named Fraoch (Heather), Caorann (Rowan) and Ros-Mairi (Rosemary). The cottages are surrounded by farmland, so there are sheep and the occasional Highland cow to be seen in the adjoining fields.
The Island of Mull has much to offer to the holidaymaker; spectacular scenery, abundant wildlife, sea and sand, a Munro to climb, interesting geology, ancient ruins, and a handful of castles, to name but a few of its attractions. |
